Who?
Inga Nyholm is a public administration developer whose areas of responsibility are vision work and influencing networks in Sitra’s public-sector leadership focus area. She is also involved in the planning of training and content production in the focus area and in the development of experimentation.
What?
Inga has 15 years’ experience in public administration, its reform, development and research. As a government official she has been responsible for several development projects concerning local administration in particular, and as a researcher has also focused on administrative reforms and the development of leadership.
Inga has a doctorate in administrative sciences. In addition to her work, she also holds the title of Adjunct Professor in the field of local government management at the University of Tampere.
What else?
Reading and sometimes also writing books, friends and dance are Inga’s first priorities in her free time.
Inga believes that in 2030, silo thinking in public administration will have long gone. The future is built together and everything starts from trust.
