Who?

Paavali Kukkonen is a specialist in matters related to the transformation of work. He is also responsible for the labour market round-table activities facilitated by Sitra. Paavali also develops Sitra’s stakeholder work and analyses the societal operating environment.

What?

Previously, Paavali has assisted several ministers and has shaped and communicated on society in the political and organisational field. He enjoys participating in social discussion as a writer and speaker. He believes that constructive dialogue and positive change can only occur when we know how people in different environments think and what motivates them.

What else?

Outside work, Paavali’s time is taken up by his family and a wooden house, music and other cultural events. He also tries to get some brisk exercise as often as possible.
